Independently owned and operated by Fred Macli, PE, a Licensed New York Professional Engineer and Board Certified Building Inspection Engineer (BIECI). New York and Connecticut Licensed Home Inspector, Certified Inspector in the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE) and in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Since 1997, over 1,400 inspections have been completed. Inspections apply to single and multiple family homes, apartments and small commercial buildings. |

Inspections meet and exceed the guidelines of the NABIE and ASHI Standards of Practice and Connecticut Home Inspection Regulations. Written report consists of detailed on-site worksheets and a narrative summary describing building systems and components, their condition and a prioritized listing of deficiences related to each. The Summary Report is available for downloading within 24 hours of the on-site inspection. Termite inspection included with residental home inspection if conducted at the same time. Radon gas test available at additional cost. |
