Each Home Inspection exceeds the minimum ASHI Standards of Practice & includes a FREE Termite Inspection (NPMA-33 Report) & Cesspool Certification.
A Summary Inspection Report of the "Significant Deficiencies" of the property is provided at the inspection site or via email within 24 hours.
The final inspection hard copy report, with detailed field worksheets & narrative summary is mailed within 2 business days.
Additional Services include Electrical Hazard Detection, Tests of Radon Gas, Mold, Asbestos, Lead, & Water Quality are provided upon request. |
